March for Science in Santa Rosa
12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Start of march location to be announced.
We will be marching to demonstrate solidarity for scientists and to highlight the role that science and facts should play in public decision-making.
WHO: Scientists, medical professionals, nonprofit organizations, students, human beings who are affected by science and policy!
Clean River Alliance volunteers (the Garbage Patch Kids) will be marching at the end of the groups to not only show our solidarity for the truth that scientific investigation brings but also to clean up after the march! Anyone can join us in the cleanup efforts!
Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods Annual Earth Day Cleanup
8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Jenner Visitor Center, Highway One across from the gas station.

There is a pull-down menu that shows “Select a Park”. Choose Sonoma Coast State Park. Also required is to fill out a waiver and bring it with you to the cleanup event. Just above the pull-down menu you can click on “this waiver” to open a PDF you can print out and fill out.
Dress for inclement weather. Wear sturdy shoes. Bring gloves and a water bottle. Water and refreshments will be provided. Carpooling in encouraged.
